GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs through our online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are neither predominantly commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural person, legal entity, or partnership with legal capacity who, in entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

The following applies to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or complementary general terms and conditions, their validity is contradicted here; however, they become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to this.

By placing products in the online store, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these products. You can initially add our products to your cart without incurring any obligations and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. 4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

We deliver free of charge.

We only ship by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the items yourself.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. PAYMENT

The following payment methods are generally available in our store:

Google Pay

To pay the invoice amount through the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google and have activated the Google payment function. Sign in with your Authorization access data and confirm the payment order. Payment is processed immediately after the order is placed. Apple Pay

To transfer the invoice amount through the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, activate the Apple Pay function, and identify yourself with your access data and payment instructions. Klarna

In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publisher), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. You will receive the relevant payment option and further information during the ordering process.

The invoice amount is due 14 days after the goods have been dispatched and the invoice has been received.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the legal right of withdrawal as described in the cancellation policy. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

7. TITLE RESERVATION

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

The following also applies to entrepreneurs: We reserve the title to the goods until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship have been fully resolved. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; you assign to us in advance all claims arising from this resale—regardless of whether the reserved goods are combined or mixed with a new item—for the invoice amount, and we accept this assignment. You remain entitled to collect the claims, but if you fail to meet your payment obligations, we may collect the receivables ourselves. At your request, we will release the securities to which we are entitled if the realizable value of the securities exceeds the value of the outstanding claims by more than 10%.

8. GUARANTEE AND WARRANTIES

8.1 LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the legal right of liability for defects shall apply.

The following limitations and limitation periods do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

* in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and fraudulent intent

* in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner can regularly rely (core obligations)

* As long as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is clear.

Restrictions on entrepreneurs

For Entrepreneurs, only our own information and the manufacturer's product descriptions contained in the contract are valid as an agreement regarding the quality of the goods; we accept no liability for the manufacturer's public statements or other advertising statements. For Entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims for defects in newly manufactured products is one year from the date of transfer of risk.

The statutory limitation periods for the right of recourse according to § 445a BGB remain unaffected.

Rules for traders

The obligation to inspect and report defects, as stipulated in Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), applies to merchants. If you omit the notification provided here, the goods are deemed approved unless there are no defects that were not apparent upon inspection. This does not apply if a defect has been fraudulently concealed.

8.2 WARRANTIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICES

Information on any additional warranties that may apply and their exact conditions can be found on the special information pages accompanying the product and in the online shop.

9. RESPONSIBILITY

We are always fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

In the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is mandatory for the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner can regularly rely (cardinal obligations), our liability, in part due to slight negligence, or that of our legal representatives or vicarious agents is limited to the damage that was foreseeable upon conclusion of the contract and should typically have been expected to occur.

Otherwise, claims for compensation are excluded.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/]. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
