Creating a Request
For returns or exchanges, please email info@santinicolallection.com or use our WhatsApp live support line. All requests will be answered within 24 hours.

Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 14 working days from the delivery date.

Product Terms
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. They must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags, if applicable.

Free Service
Returns and exchanges are free of charge. Shipping costs are covered by Santini.

Change Requests
Exchange requests are evaluated based on stock availability. If a suitable product is not available, a standard return process is initiated.

Return Approval and Process
Once the product is received, it will be inspected within 1 business day. If deemed suitable, the return will be initiated and you will be notified via email.

Reflection of Return Fee
The refunded amount will be refunded to the same card used to purchase the product. If requested, the refund amount can also be converted into store credit.

Time for the Refund to be Reflected in the Bank
Once the refund is approved, the amount reflected on your card may vary depending on your bank.
